How do I place an order?
Placing an order at Baby Kingdom is easy! Simply browse our collection, select the items you wish to purchase, choose the appropriate sizes and quantities, and add them to your cart. Once you’re ready, proceed to checkout, fill in your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@babykingdom.com.pk or call us at +92 123 456789. We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
How can I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number on our courier partner’s website to monitor the status of your delivery.
What should I do if I receive the wrong item or a damaged product?
We’re sorry for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer service team at support@babykingdom.com.pk with your order number and details of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

What are the shipping options and costs?
We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping: PKR 200 flat rate across Pakistan.
- Free Shipping: On orders over PKR 5000.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Delivery times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days.
Can I ship my order to a P.O. Box?
Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over PKR 5000. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout.

We accept only:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders within Pakistan.
